Creating the Sponsors PageUpdated a year ago
To ensure your sponsors benefit from your event and foster future collaborations, it is crucial to give them additional attention. One effective way to do this is by creating a dedicated sponsors page on your event website.
In this article, we will walk you through the process of setting up a sponsors page using the b2match Organizer's Tool. By following these simple steps, you can create a page that provides greater visibility to your sponsors.
How can I create a sponsors page?
First, click on Configuration on the left sidebar of the Organizer’s Tool.
In the Event settings section, navigate to Event Components. This section displays all the components visible in the navigation bar of your event website.
To create a sponsors page, click on the Add component button in the upper right corner.
Choose the Sponsors component and click on Next.
In the Name field, enter a suitable name for the sponsors page. You can name it simply Sponsors, but feel free to choose a name that best represents the purpose of the page, even if it differs from the term Sponsors.
Configure the visibility settings for the sponsors page by selecting the participant types who should have access to it. If you wish to enable unregistered website visitors to view your sponsors, click the toggle switch labeled Guest Mode.
Once you have finalized the component configuration, click on the Create button located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
How does the sponsors page look like?
Once you have created the sponsors page, click on Go to Event Website in the Organizer's Tool. This will take you to the live event website, where you can preview how the sponsors page appears to your participants.
On the event website, access the sponsors page from the navigation bar.
The sponsors are showcased through individual cards that display their logos. These sponsor cards are organized into different sponsor groups that you have created.
To gain further insights into a specific sponsor, simply click on their logo on the sponsor card. If you want to explore more details about a specific sponsor, simply click on their logo on the sponsor card. This action will take you to their organization page, where you can find additional information about the organization, view the company representatives, explore their marketplace opportunities, and even download any resources that the organization has uploaded.
