Deleting OrganizationsUpdated a year ago

In addition to adding organizations, effective event management also includes the essential task of deleting organizations from your event when needed. There might be situations where unforeseen circumstances or limited resources make it necessary to delete certain organizations. 

Although unfortunate, it is essential to be ready for such situations in order to ensure a smooth and professionally-run event.

How can I delete an organization from the event?

Start by clicking on Organizations on the left sidebar of the Organizer's tool to access the organization’s list.

Click on the organization's name to open the organization page overview.

Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, and from the drop-down menu choose Delete organization page.

This will trigger a modal asking for confirmation before deleting the organization. 

Note: Keep in mind that when deleting an organization page, all its data will be permanently erased. However, representatives, opportunities and meetings associated with the organization will not be affected.

Click Delete organization to proceed and delete the organization from the event.
