Deleting Participants From the EventUpdated 11 days ago

A vital element of efficient event management is to delete a participant from your event when necessary. This goes along with adding participants to your event. 

There may be times when unforeseen circumstances or limited resources make the deletion of some participants necessary. While regrettable, it is essential to be ready to handle these circumstances if you wish to ensure that your event runs smoothly and is well-planned.

How can I delete a participant from the event?

Start by clicking on Participants on the left sidebar of the Organizer's tool to access the participant's list.

Locate the participant with the Canceled tag and click on their name to open their profile overview.

Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, and from the drop-down menu choose Delete Participant.

This will trigger a web notification asking if you are certain about deleting the participant.

Click OK to proceed and delete the participant from the event. 

Note: Keep in mind that before you delete a participant from the event, you must first reject their registration.
