Deleting Sponsors GroupUpdated a year ago

One of the most effective ways to organize and recognize the contributions of various sponsors for your event is to create sponsors groups. However, as your event evolves and circumstances change, there might be instances where you need to remove or delete a sponsors group.

In this article, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to efficiently remove a sponsors group. 

How can I delete a sponsors group?

Access Configuration from the left sidebar of the Organizer’s Tool.

In the Organization section, navigate to Sponsor Groups

On the Sponsor Groups page, you will find a list of all the sponsor groups you have created. 

To edit a specific sponsor group, click on the pencil icon next to it. This action will open the Edit sponsor group modal, where you can make changes to the group settings. The fields in this modal are the same as those in the Create sponsor group modal.

If you wish to delete a sponsor group, click on the bin icon next to it. This will open the Delete sponsor group modal

In the Delete sponsor group modal, confirm the deletion by clicking on the Yes, delete sponsor group button.

Warning: Deleting a sponsor group is a permanent action. Once deleted, the sponsor group cannot be recovered.
