When planning an event, one of the initial steps is to determine the event's date, time, topic, and location. Once these details are finalized, the next crucial decision is to establish the registration time frame for your guests. 

What is the registration time frame?

The registration time frame represents the period during which potential participants can sign up for the event. You have the flexibility to choose whether the registration window should close before the event starts or remain open until the event commences.

How can I configure the registration time frame?

First, click on Configuration on the left sidebar of the Organizer’s tool. 

From the Participant section, navigate to Registration settings

In the Registration time frame section, you can specify the start and end dates for registration.

Click on the Registration begin date field to open the calendar and choose the date and time when registrations will begin.

Define the registration end date by clicking on the Registration end date field and selecting the desired date and time from the calendar.

Once you've set the registration time frame to your liking, click the Save button in the bottom right corner.
