Privacy & Visibility Rules

b2match offers the ability to define which participants or website visitors can see specfic groups of participants.

Go to Configuration and click on Visibility Rules.

General participant visibilty to visitors

The participant visiblity determines whether the paricipant list on the event website will be visible to all visitors (including search engines) or only to registered and logged in event participants.

  • Participant are visible to all visitors
  • Participant are visible only to registered participants

Setting visibility rules

Visibility rules make it possible to make certain groups of participants invisible to others. By default all participants groups can see each other.

Defining Visibility Rules

Visibility rules work similair to booking rules which allow you to define which participant types can request meetings with each other.
