It might seem to be impossible to find suitable meeting partners while scrolling down the participant list.

But that is no longer the case. The AI Recommender does the work for you!

How does the AI Recommender work?

In our article Creating & Editing your profile, we already stated how important it is to provide as much data as possible. The reason for that is our AI Meeting recommender!

AI Recommender analyses all data you and other participants provide to find the best meeting partners for you. The more data, the better! 

AI Recommender also tracks your behavior, including profile visits, bookmarks, and meeting requests to find participants who you might consider relevant.

Tip: To ensure you get the most out of the AI Meeting Recommender, it is also important that you do as many activities as possible within the application.


This feature is extremely important for matchmaking at large events where you can’t afford to waste your precious time. Let AI Recommender do the legwork for you and enjoy productive networking sessions. 

Where can I see my AI Meeting Recommender recommendations?

Navigate to the Participant list by clicking on Participants on the event page navigation.

Then, click on the Your matches tab. Here, you can see all the recommendations the AI Meeting Recommender prepared for you.

The Your matches tab displays interesting participant profiles with their names, job positions, location, pitch text, skills, and interests. You can also bookmark participants, send a message, or book a meeting directly by clicking on the plus icon.

Navigate to the Your matches tab from the Participant list. 

Click on the 3 dots on the card of a participant you consider irrelevant to you, and then click on Not interested in this profile. 


Keep in mind that once you mark a participant as irrelevant, their participant profile will be removed from the Your matches tab, but you can still see their profile on the Participant list.


It is advisable to mark irrelevant profiles because AI Recommender learns from your activities and will recommend you more suitable profiles in the future.
